The September Guarantee:

Hope Academy measures and assesses the impact of the careers programme by tracking the post-16 destinations of year 11 leavers. The programme aims to ensure that every young person has an offer of employment, education or training in place by the time they leave school (known as the September Guarantee).

2021/2022

100% of leavers successfully went on to further education, employment or training.

98.9% of leavers successfully went on to further education, employment or training.
