Key Stage 3
At Key stage 3 it is important that pupils maintain a broad and balanced curriculum. At Hope pupils will benefit from a very wide curriculum offer.
In Year 7, pupils will be placed in one of the five schools and experience a curriculum which reflects our vision to create a ‘small school feel, while maintaining the advantages of a large school in terms of our range of expertise, subjects and resources available.
This approach includes a home base for students, where teachers come to the pupils, reducing the need for constant movement around the school. Pupils will, of course, move around to access a wide range of specialist facilities including science, physical education and art.
